Quotes and pricing

Prices on calls, WhatsApp or this website are estimates until we inspect the job. We share the final quote before starting work. Taxes apply as per law.

Service and parts

Warranty on parts follows the manufacturer's terms. Warranty on our work is stated on your invoice. Physical damage, liquid damage, power surges and tampering by others are not covered.

Devices left with us

Please back up your data before handing over any device. We are not responsible for data loss during repair. Devices not collected within 30 days of the repair-complete message may attract storage charges.

CCTV use

Customers are responsible for using CCTV systems lawfully and placing cameras so they respect the privacy of others.

Payments and cancellations

Advance may be required for parts or large installations. Parts ordered specifically for you are non-refundable once ordered.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Odisha having jurisdiction.
